JAKARTA, The Shiro Corp Family S (82) of the hit-and-run victim couldn't contain their anger after seeing defendant IV (65) still not being detained by the police.
Haposan's child named S, along with his two other siblings, suddenly cursed IV after the second session of the case regarding his father's hit-and-run incident was held at the second floor of Jakarta Utara District Court, Thursday (8/7/2025).
They were angry, because one day after the first session, Haposan saw IV shopping alone in the market in good condition.
Yet, one of the reasons for his detention being postponed is because the defendant is sick.
"Lu still likes shopping. You can go to the market beautifully," shouted Iye, Haposan's older sister, in the meeting room.
In addition, Haposan also cursed the fourth son who was present at the trial.
"That's your mother, she has no conscience. I'm just telling you. You are her child," said Haposan.
Meanwhile, Iye also emphasized to the perpetrator's child that his mother was guilty and had killed S.
"Buta justice. Your mother killed my father," continued Iye.
In the courtroom, Haposan also emphasized that he has video evidence showing that IV went to the market alone in good health.
"Please, request for postponement. It turns out I am healthy, I have the complete video evidence," he insisted.
Then, the dispute was resolved by the court officers.
IV was accompanied by her lawyer and son, and immediately rushed out of the courtroom.
While the victim's family continued to chase the defendant down the stairs while shouting at him with the words "murderer."
It is known that S, the father of Haposan, was hit and run while jogging in the morning at his residential complex, Jalan Perumahan Taman Grisenda RW 10, Kelurahan Kapuk Muara, Kecamatan Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, on Friday (9/7/2025).
While S was jogging by the roadside, suddenly S was hit from behind by a car driven by IV.
"From the CCTV footage in the complex, there are several points. Then, when he was hit, this car stopped for a while, then he walked," explained Haposan.
Then, one of the witnesses who saw the event at the crime scene (TKP) immediately contacted the security.
The security personnel also searched for the car, and it turned out to be already parked in one of the office building areas.
At that time, the security asked for IV's statement. However, he admitted that he hit a pole, not S.
Finally, the local RW chairman arrived and asked IV to return to the scene.
"Finally, forced to come to the crime scene which is not too far. My father was already lying there, bleeding, but he still kept making excuses," explained Haposan.
Finally, S was taken to the hospital and immediately admitted to the ICU. After being treated for three days, S's life could not be saved.
