Digital Innovation of Scooters Ready for Batu Piring Balangan Village, Facilitate UMKM Actors to Do This

The Shiro Copr, PARINGIN - A new innovation that facilitates the business people of UMKM is now available in the service at Batu Piring Village, Paringin Selatan District, Balangan Regency.

Known as Skuter Siap, an acronym for Surat Keterangan Usaha Terintegrasi Sistem Administrasi Pelayanan, this innovation provides convenience for business actors in applying for and issuing the Business Certificate.

Innovator Skuter Siap, Akhmadi explained, the emergence of this innovation aims to provide digital services to micro and small business actors, so that administrative procedures needed are easier and can be done anywhere.

"This innovation can be accessed through Whatsapp for registration, then filling in the required documents in the provided form and directly connecting to the system at the village office," said Akhmadi, who also serves as Kasi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pembangunan Kelurahan Batu Piring, on Thursday (7/8/2025).

For micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) actors along with RT leaders were involved in the launch of this innovation, so they understood the purpose and function as well as the way to obtain the digital services created by Akhmadi.

The presence of the Skuter Siap kata Akhmadi will accelerate the registration process until the issuance of SKU and prevent the risk of losing documents and potential gratification.

Among the purposes of the Ready Scooter, among others, is to integrate data of UMKM (Micro and Small Enterprises) in Batu Piring Village, implementation of electronic signatures on SKU, reporting and evaluation of the use of electronic signatures.

Meanwhile, capacity enhancement is also carried out for the local RT (Rukun Tetangga) so that in the future they can use the existing innovations in Batu Piring Village.

Delivered by Lurah Batu Piring, Abdi Noor Fadillah, currently there are two innovations that facilitate services, namely Siap Kelurahan and Skuter Siap, which are integrated with each other.

Then, with this innovation, the RT (Rukun Tetangga) are expected to provide information and understand its use, then inform the community.

This innovation also received appreciation from the Subdistrict Head of Paringin Selatan, Riza Kurniawan. Riza stated that the breakthrough from Batu Piring Village could become a symbol of service for Batu Piring Village. Especially with the existence of Scooter Siap, which can facilitate all services in the village.
