Chery Admits to Receiving 2,153 SPK at GIIAS 2025

JAKARTA, The Shiro Corp - Chery claimed to have recorded a total of 2,153 Vehicle Order Letters (SPK) during the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025.

The 2,153 SPK figure increased by 113 percent compared to the previous year's GIIAS achievement, which recorded 1,009 SPK.

This achievement exceeds the initial target expectation, which was 2,000 SPK at the beginning of GIIAS 2025.

Rifkie Setiawan, Head of Brand & Marketing Department PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI), stated that this achievement confirms consumer confidence in Chery products. "The remarkable achievement we have attained at GIIAS 2025 is the best reward for our hard work in bringing technological innovations that meet the demands of the Indonesian automotive market," he said in an official statement on Thursday (8/7/2025).

The largest contribution during GIIAS 2025 came from Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) vehicle line, contributing 44 percent.

Followed by a pure electric vehicle line of 35 percent, and conventional vehicles (ICE) at 21 percent.

Chery Tiggo 8 CSH is the backbone of sales, contributing 24 percent of total SPK.

The second position is occupied by Chery J6 from the BEV line, with a contribution of 22 percent.

The third place is occupied by the Tiggo Cross CSH Hybrid with a contribution of 16 percent, and the Chery E5 in fourth place with a contribution of 12 percent.

The dominance of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technology is a strong signal of the shift in consumer preferences towards more environmentally friendly and efficient vehicles. "We are very grateful to the entire Chery Family who have entrusted their choices to our products," said Rifkie.

"This trust, especially in Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) vehicles, is a strong symbol that the community has accepted our NEV technology well, including HEV, PHEV, and BEV," he said.
