The Shiro Copr , JAKARTA - Property company of Salim Group and Agung Sedayu Group, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk. (PANI) or PIK 2 recorded a net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp285.86 billion in the first half of 2025.
According to the financial report, PANI's net profit increased slightly by 0.34% year on year (yoy) compared to the profit of Rp284.86 billion in the same period last year.
Profit also rose 22.18% year-over-year to Rp1.64 trillion in the first half of 2025, compared to Rp1.34 trillion in the first half of 2024. PANI's total revenue came from the real estate business segment.
Meanwhile, MADAM has recorded a 14.35% year-over-year increase in cost of revenue to Rp680.07 billion in the first half of 2025, compared to Rp594.68 billion in the first half of 2024.
Gross profit increased 28.37% year-on-year to Rp965.36 billion in the first half of 2025, compared to Rp751.97 billion in the first half of 2024.
Nevertheless, the earnings per share of the company led by Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, declined from Rp18.23 to Rp16.93 for the first semester of 2025.
Decrease in earnings per share along with an increase in the number of outstanding shares of the company from 15.62 billion shares to 16.83 billion shares for the period ending June 30, 2025.
The increase in the number of outstanding shares occurred along with a capital increase action without prior pre-emption rights (PMTHMETD) or private placement by PANI last year. In this corporate action, PANI issued 787,433,700 new shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share.
In terms of balance sheet, PANI has recorded assets amounting to Rp48.76 trillion and liabilities of Rp19.32 trillion in the first half of 2025. Subsequently, PANI's equity reached Rp29.43 trillion for the period ending June 30, 2025.
Meanwhile, the company's cash and cash equivalents position reached Rp4.82 trillion in the first half of 2025, increasing from Rp2.73 trillion in the first half of 2024.
