I realize that the code of ethics is an important guideline for teachers to maintain their dignity, professionalism, and integrity. In the context of where I teach, there are still attitudes and behaviors that are sometimes inappropriate, such as arriving late, being unfair, or still involving personal issues in the classroom.

This becomes a problem that can reduce the quality and image of the teaching profession in society. After understanding this material, I feel more open and enlightened, realizing that my role is not just to deliver the material, but also to be a role model worth following, maintaining attitudes and actions in accordance with ethics.

I have found that the importance of ethics is not just rules, but rather a moral guide and professional attitude that must be applied at all times to maintain the dignity and honor of the profession.

Moving forward, I will post the Professional Code of Ethics for Teachers infographic in an easily visible place, such as the teacher's room, while maintaining awareness and collective commitment.
