In his instructions, the Regency Police Chief conveyed that all personnel of Singkawang Regency Police must understand and implement the Commander's Wish of Kalbar Provincial Police, which is based on the principles of Responsive, Collaborative/Participatory, and Solution-oriented.

The three values are an important foundation for building public trust in the Polri institution, especially in the Singkawang City area.

The Regent Police Chief also introduced the values of BHAKTI as the moral and ethical basis in carrying out duties, namely: Devout to the Almighty God, Humanistic, Adaptive, Social Concern, Trustworthy, and Synergy.

It emphasizes the importance of spiritual training before carrying out duties, friendly service to the community, wise use of social media, and attention to fellow members who are experiencing misfortune.

Not only that, the Regency Police Chief also reminded the police station chiefs to continue monitoring the situation and issues in their respective areas.

As the frontline of community service at the Regency Police Station level, the Head of Police Sub-District is expected to be a problem solver and maintain intensive coordination with the Regency Police Station if facing obstacles that require joint solutions.

At the end of his guidance, the Singkawang Regency Police Chief invited all personnel to work together and maintain good relations among members.
