1. The verification and administrative process is not yet complete

One of the common reasons for BSU delays is due to the ongoing verification of data and validation of recipient documents.

2. Has already received other assistance

Workers who have received other assistance cannot receive BSU again.

The other assistance received includes the Family Hope Program (PKH).

3. Troubled account

The account owner's name may not match the NIK.

4. Still waiting for the schedule

BSU is distributed gradually.

1. Buka: https://bsu.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id

2. Select "Check if You Are Eligible for BSU?"

3. Enter complete data including: NIK, Full name, Date of birth, Mother's maiden name, and Active email and mobile number

4. Click "Continue"

5. Wait for the verification results via email/SMS

Through the Ministry of Labor website

1. Buka: https://bsu.kemnaker.go.id

2. Log in with your Kemnaker account. If you don't have an account, register first.

3. After logging in, the status will appear:

Registered: Registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Designated: Qualified

Reversed: Funds have been credited to the account.

Through the POSPAY Application

1. Download the POSPAY app from the Play Store/App Store

2. Create an account

3. Click the information icon (i), then select the hand icon.

4. Type "BSU" in the search column (if it is already active)

5. Check help notification
