In total, the number of Central Kalimantan Hajj Group members and group officials is 417 people, with details of 307 people under 60 years old and 110 people over 60 years old," explained Hamidin.

Based on health status, there are 155 pilgrims included in the low-risk high (risk) category, 85 people in the medium-risk high (risk) category, and 38 people in the high-risk high (risk) category.

As many as 25 pilgrims also needed wheelchairs during their return journey.

In this return report, Hamidin also informed about two pilgrims who passed away, namely Adnan Hadri who died at King Faisal Hospital on June 11, 2025, and Mujianto Sutomo who passed away at King Abdul Aziz Hospital on June 13, 2025.

Meanwhile, there are several pilgrims with health conditions that require special attention on the plane, including Noorhanafiah (77) and Paridah (48).

As for the four pilgrims who are still in Saudi Arabia receiving intensive care, they are: Mrs. Aisah with a diagnosis of COVID-19 and anemia at Heera Al Wadi Hospital, and Syarkawi Bain Taib, Fauzi Hasan, and Mukhtar Asmawi who are all being treated at King Abdul Aziz Hospital with diagnoses of stroke and pneumonia.

The most common disease suffered by the group members is acute respiratory infection (ISPA), while the most frequent referral cases to the hospital are strokes.

Meanwhile, Acting Head of the Ministry of Religion Office for Central Kalimantan Hasan Basri stated that his office was also ready to welcome the return of the pilgrims.

"Today I will depart to Banjarbaru to welcome the arrival of hajj pilgrims from lot 3 of Kapuas and West Kotawaringin, which is scheduled to arrive tonight," said Hasan Basri.

I would like to add that for pilgrims still being treated in hospitals in Saudi Arabia, their return will be coordinated according to each individual's health condition.

"They will be repatriated in the next batch if they have been declared cured, but it has not yet been determined which batch they will join," he said.

"After arriving in their home country, they usually return to their respective areas the next day without waiting for the next group," he added.

Hasan Basri hopes that the entire series of pilgrim returns runs smoothly, and he prays that the pilgrims who are still being treated will be given healing soon.
