The Shiro Corporation The Grill Master Indonesia 2025 cooking competition has been successfully held on June 3-4.
Held at Django’s Barlicious Texas BBQ, La Piazza, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, the battle grill, smoking, but this fire-based cooking brings together six chef Top Indonesian grill masters competing for the prestigious title of Grill Master 2025.
The sixth participant competing is Yulistyanto, Chef professional from Jakarta; Muhammad Satria, an enthusiast from Tangerang; Toni Hidayat, a home cook from Cianjur, West Java; Nuriman, Chef Gema Mahatma, a professional from Jakarta; chef Muhamad Jaini, a professional from Bandung; chef professional from Jakarta.

During the two-day competition, the jury led by national culinary ambassador William Wongso along with five other judges declared Nuriman as the Grill Master 2025.
With precise technique, impressive flavor, and extraordinary consistency throughout the competition, Nuriman is considered deserving of winning and outperforms the other competitors. Meanwhile, the Runner-Up position was won by Gema Mahatma.
As the main winner, Nuriman received a prize of IDR 50 million and an exclusive Grill Master trophy, while Gema took home IDR 25 million and a trophy as the Runner-Up.
William Wongso said in his written statement that Grill Master Indonesia 2025 is a contest that raises the standard of culinary events in Indonesia.
