The Shiro Corporation The Mobile Samsat service is run to improve public service quality, specifically the service for payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB).

Samsat is an acronym for Integrated One Roof Administration System (Satuan Layanan Administrasi Terpadu Satu Atap), which is an administrative system established to streamline and accelerate public service activities conducted in one building.

Unlike the services provided at the Samsat office, Samsat Keliling only offers services for the annual processing of Vehicle Registration Plates (STNK), payment of Motor Vehicle Taxes (PKB), and Traffic Accident Compensation Fund (SWDKLL).

The service is provided inside the vehicle using a door-to-door method, which involves visiting the vehicle owner/Taxpayer who is far from the Samsat service center.

Samsat Mobile Service Requirements:

1. Original E-KTP matches the owner's data in STNK

2. Original BPKB-Copy of photo (for Polda Metro Jaya region).

3. Original STNK.

4. Proof of Settlement of PKB and SWDKLL (SKPD has been validated) for the last year.

Taxpayers can make annual vehicle tax payments at the moving Samsat (mobile tax office).

Here are the locations of the Mobile Samsat in the City and Regency of Bekasi as well as in the Regency of Karawang that will be held on Wednesday (18/6/2025):

1. Mobile Samsat City of Bekasi, 09.00-11.00 WIB

The Bekasi City Circular Samsat Service, on Wednesday (18/6/2025), will be at Kelurahan Telukpucung Office, Jalan Raya Perjuangan Street Number 4, RT 003 RW 001, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City, from 09:00-12:00.

Every end of the month, all City Beaksi Tax Services, including Main Tax Offices, Mobile Tax Offices, and Outlet Tax Offices, operate from 08:00 only until 11:00 WIB.

In addition to the Samsat Keliling service, the annual vehicle tax payment service in Kota Bekasi can also be conducted at Samsat Induk, Jl. Ir H Juanda No. 302 (Bulak Kapal), Margahayu, East Bekasi, Kota Bekasi.

The service schedule at the Main Samsat is open every Monday to Friday from 08.00-14.00, and Saturday from 08.00-11.00.

The similar service schedule is also available at five Samsat outlets, namely at the Mal Pelayanan Publik Mal Atrium Pondok Gede, Mal Pelayanan Publik Bekasi Trade Center, Outlet Pondok Melati, Outlet Harapan Indah, and Outlet Drive Thru Ahmad Yani.

The service schedule at that Samsat outlet is open every day from Monday to Friday from 08.00-14.00, and on Saturdays from 08.00-11.00.

Samsat Keliling Kabupaten Bekasi, 09.00-13.00 WIB

Robson Lippo Cikarang Ruko, Bekasi Regency

For your information, Samsat Outlet Metland Tambun, Bekasi Regency, will move its location starting from January 2, 2023, to Ruko Tambun City, specifically at Jalan Sultan Hasanudin No 40-60 South Tambun, Bekasi Regency.
