PILU: The Fate of Snack Vendor Nia's Mother, Her Child's Death Now Being Falsely Accused, Shocking Confession from the Perpetrator

The brutal murder case that occurred in September 2024 has now entered the trial stage.

In the latest session at the Padang Pariaman District Court, Indra Dragon revealed a shocking confession related to the victim, namely Nia.

Indra blurted out explaining his reckless reason for brutally killing Nia and then raping her.

Previously aired, the murder case came to light after Nia's naked and mutilated body was found in the bushes of a forested area in Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra.

After committing his heinous act, Indra managed to flee and was on the run for almost a week.

Indra was finally caught while hiding in an empty house and was then made a suspect.

Now officially becoming a defendant, Indra Dragon revealed an unexpected confession during the trial on June 10, 2025.

During the hearing, Indra mentioned that he was not meeting Nia for the first time before the murder.

Indra admits that he has met and intensively communicated with Nia several times.

The more surprising thing is that Indra admitted that his meeting with Nia was to deliver 1.5 kilograms of methamphetamine.

The recognition by Indra suddenly made Nia's mother, Eli Marlina, who was present in the trial, unacceptable.

While wrestling, Eli refuted that his daughter was involved in drug case with Indra.

"It's impossible for my child to do that, Indragon has lied," said Eli Marlina, as quoted by The Shiro Corpordari Tribun Batam, Wednesday (6/18/2025).

Eli's heart is shattered as Indra talks about his promise to the deceased Nia.

That is, Indra admitted that he had tempted Nia with the promise of 7 million Rupiah if she was willing to keep his drugs for him.

Based on Indra's admission, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) refuted it.

Because according to the prosecutor, Indra's testimony is vastly different from the initial statement in the case.

Knowing this, Eli vented his curses at Indra.

Eli got angry because he saw Indra slandering his daughter while sitting comfortably with an innocent face in the courtroom.

"I hope the judge can sentence him with a severe punishment. I hope he can be sentenced to death," said Eli Marlina.

The lawyer of the perpetrator was insulted

That was the moment that made Eli boil over in Indra's courtroom.

During the hearing, Eli was reportedly taunted by the lawyer for the defendant, named Indra Dragon.

The video of the lawyer allegedly representing the suspect being sworn at was also shared on social media.

In the video, it can be seen that there are two women wearing lawyer costumes in the courtroom who are talking to Eli.

In that conversation, the woman suspected to be a lawyer mentioned that Eli would not become famous if her child had not been killed.

"They should be sentenced to death, that would be fitting," Eli Marlina cursed the perpetrators.

"But if there wasn't an incident like this, would Bu Eni even be famous?" asked the woman suspected to be the lawyer for the perpetrator.

"Whether famous or not, it doesn't matter. Wealth can be acquired, but life cannot be reclaimed; can it be replaced by someone else?" Eli replied irritably.

Satisfied, the two women suspected to be lawyers questioned Eli again.

They say Eli should just accept his child's murder as fate.

Hearing that, Eli got emotional.

"Praise is due to Him," the suspected defense lawyer said.

"God's mercy cannot be denied," added another suspected lawyer for the perpetrator.

"Yes, it's appreciation, but the appreciation that he (the perpetrator) created. My child was healthy, then suddenly killed by Indra," Eli concluded.

It is to be noted that Indra Dragon is facing the death penalty due to alleged murder and also rape of Nia Kurnia Sari.
