The Shiro Corporation JAKARTA – National Food Agency ( Bapanas ) reported, most food commodities at the consumer level experienced an average decrease in prices. However, there are still some commodities that saw an increase in prices like beras SPHP, imported dry soybeans, mackerel, and frozen buffalo meat imports.
SPHP Rice is rice distributed by the government through Perum Bulog as part of the Supply and Price Stabilization Program (SPHP) for agricultural products.
Referring to the Bapanas Price Panel, on Wednesday (6/18/2025) at 07:43 WIB, the retail price of SPHP rice was at Rp13,000 per kilogram (kg). This figure has increased by 3.22% compared to the previous day, which was priced at Rp12,594 per kg.
The price of imported dry soybeans increased by 1.18% to Rp10,970 per kg, mackerel significantly increased by 4.49% to Rp42,769 per kg, and tuna increased by 3.07% to Rp35,183 per kg.
Then, Bapanas also recorded an increase in prices for water buffalo meat commodities. It was noted that the price of imported frozen water buffalo meat increased by 2.44% to Rp108,000 per kg, and fresh local water buffalo meat increased significantly by 2.5% to Rp144,000 per kg.
Meanwhile, the prices of other commodities moved downward. Bapanas noted that the price of consumer salt dropped significantly by 4.48% to become IDR 11,159 per kg, and milkfish (bangdeng) decreased by 3.38% to become IDR 33,210 per kg.
Various types of flour also decreased in price. At the consumer level, the price of packaged wheat flour dropped by 4.46% to Rp12,422 per kg, and bulk wheat flour fell by 0.9% to Rp9,778 per kg.
Our oil price has dropped by 1.72% to become IDR17,281 per liter, bulk cooking oil has decreased by 2.59% to become IDR17,141 per liter, and packaged cooking oil has fallen by 1.67% to become IDR20,500 per liter.
The price drop also occurred in other commodities. This morning, Bapanas reported that the price of consumer sugar slightly decreased by 0.02% to become Rp18,440 per kg.
Various poultry products such as broiler chicken meat and eggs also saw decreases. The price of broiler chicken eggs fell by 1.2% to Rp28,884 per kg, and broiler chicken meat decreased by 0.31% to Rp34,811 per kg.
Then, the price of red small chili peppers dropped significantly by 2.96% to Rp52,103 per kg, large red chilies fell 12.45% to Rp39,693 per kg, and curly red chilies decreased by 7.59% to Rp40,262 per kg.
Bapanas noted that the price of pure beef dropped by 0.87% to Rp134,291 per kg, and corn at the farmer level decreased by 3.67% to Rp5,961 per kg.
The price of red onions has significantly decreased by 8.58% to Rp40,431 per kg, and red onions have decreased by 2.09% compared to the previous day, becoming Rp39,218 per kg.
Finally, the price of rice. At the consumer level, Bapanas recorded that the price of premium rice fell by 0.65% to Rp15,676 per kg, and the price of medium rice fell by 0.47% to Rp13,922 per kg.
