According to the Chief of Police, the three suspects have already been detained at Polres Badung, Bali for further investigation.
In addition, the police presented several pieces of evidence in the case, namely cartridge cases, bullet fragments, six motorcycles, two cars, hammers, and bags.
"Now in the investigation and examination of these cases. So as of June 18, 2025, three suspects have been secured along with several pieces of evidence allegedly used to carry out the shooting," said Bali Police Chief, Irjen Daniel Adityajaya.
Previously, two foreign nationals from Australia were suspected to have been shot at the Vila Casa Santisya 1, Munggu Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali, early Saturday morning (14/6).
In the incident, one person died named Zivan Radmanovic and one victim was injured, Sanar Ghanim.
The shooting was witnessed by GJ, the wife of victim ZR, and Daniela, the wife of Sanar. ZR was shot inside the bathroom toilet, while Sanar was shot inside the room.
For now, three people have been designated as suspects by the Bali Police, namely Tupou Pasa Midolmore (27), Coskunmevlut (23), and Darcy Francesco Jenson (37).
They are charged under layered Articles, namely Article 340 of the Penal Code Book (KUHP) regarding premeditated murder, Article 338 KUHP regarding murder, Article 351 Paragraph (3) and Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.
In addition, all three are charged with Article 372 of the Criminal Code regarding embezzlement.
