After being picked up, they were taken to the BP3MI NTT office located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan I No. 6, Oebufu Village, Kupang City.

Upon arriving at the BP3MI office, they were greeted by the head of BP3MI Province of NTT, Suratmi Hamida along with several BP3MI employees, then they were escorted to the auditorium to rest for a while.

After resting, officials from BP3MI conducted a registration for those who would immediately continue their journey back to their respective regions.

Among them, those from Malaka Regency and Belu Regency directly returned to their respective areas after the data collection, while those from Ende Regency and Sumba Regency conducted the data collection and waited for the ship schedule.

The head of BP3MI Province of NTT, Suratmi Hamida, when interviewed by a reporter from POS-KUPANG.COM, provided statements regarding the arrival of the deportee PMI group.

"Today, BP3MI NTT facilitated the repatriation of 13 deported migrant workers. Those from Belu we will send back immediately, while those from other regions we are waiting for the ship's schedule," he said.

Suratmi also conveyed that the eruption activities of Mount Lewotobi also disrupted the return schedule of PMI to Flores, so they had to use another option, which was by sea.

Suratmi also explained that the cost of returning to the region will be covered by BP3MINNT.

"The cost of repatriation will be covered by BP3MI Province of NTT," he revealed.
